Introducing Arlene, our new Group Fitness Coordinator

We’re excited to officially welcome Arlene Thomas-Hewitt to the Habit Health whānau as our Group Fitness Coordinator.

Arlene brings 30+ years of experience in the group fitness industry, and many of you may already know her. She will be primarily based at Majestic, overseeing all group fitness classes and instructors across Majestic and Evans Bay.

Arlene is passionate about high-quality classes, instructor development, and creating an inclusive, motivating group fitness environment — we’re thrilled to have her leading this space in 2026.

Be sure to say hello when you see her around the gym.
