Meet our Personal Trainer – Paris

We’re proud to introduce (or reintroduce) Paris, one of our passionate trainers who brings more than just fitness expertise to Habit Health.

In 2019, Paris spent six months working with Big Life Foundation an organisation protecting 1.5 million acres of wildlife in the Amboseli region of Kenya. During his time there, Paris:

The mission was an overwhelming success. The training and equipment supported:

This year, Paris is returning to Kenya to expand the initiative aiming to reach all 350 rangers across 32 permanent outposts and 11 mobile units.

As this is another largely self-funded project, he’s now seeking sponsorship to make the biggest possible impact.
